Client Expectations Document:


The implementation timelines of the services will be determined by the client’s digital platform conditions:

**Scenario A:** All platforms are functional, advertising account is operational, Google profile has organic followers, WhatsApp Business is set up, and there’s a customer or leads database.

Content is created for ads and social media.

Integration is implemented, ads are configured, and they are activated. Once activated, there’s a period of optimization to generate high-quality leads.

Implementation Time: 10 business days after content creation.

**Scenario B:** Social media accounts are established, advertising account needs to be created, Google profile configuration is pending, there are organic followers, and no database.

Content is created for ads and social media.

Implementation Time: 15 business days.

**Scenario C:** Multiple social media accounts are created, advertising account is blocked, META support is needed, various issues with advertising accounts, fake followers, no database.

Content is created for ads and social media.

Advertising accounts organization, META support management, resolving issues to make all platforms operational.

Implementation Time: 1 month; in this case, we depend on the response times of the META support team (7 to 15 days).

In any of the scenarios, audience creation and audience optimization take an estimated week, during which we monitor and make necessary changes to achieve desired results.

We assume control of advertising accounts to implement necessary changes for ad and audience optimization. During this time, WEE DO WORK will have full administrative control, while the client will remain the account holder with partial control. This is to ensure that unplanned changes are not made, which could delay the optimization process. However, if the account holder needs to access the account as an administrator, we provide access and support to prevent changes that could hinder ad optimization.

WEE DO WORK will maintain continuous communication with the client, providing updates on the digital marketing strategy’s progress and informing about advancements and requirements needed to achieve objectives.

The progress of the strategy should be accompanied by the client’s collaboration and commitment, as the success of the strategies is a shared responsibility.

We have consciously chosen not to bind our clients with long-term contracts, ensuring that our services remain adaptable to your evolving needs. In light of this, if you decide to discontinue our services, we kindly request a minimum of 15 days’ notice before the end of the current month. This advance notice period allows us to conclude our ongoing efforts in a manner that preserves the momentum we have built together and facilitates a seamless transition.
